That sharp, shooting pain down your butt and into your legs?

Yeah… that’s not something you should just push through. 😬

If you’re pregnant and dealing with this, there’s a good chance it’s sciatica, and it is SO common during pregnancy (but that doesn’t mean you have to just live with it).

Sciatica happens when the sciatic nerve gets compressed or irritated, which is super common as your belly grows and your body shifts. It can feel like:

⚡ Sharp shooting pain down one or both legs
⚡ Tingling or numbness in your lower back, hips, or legs
⚡ Aching deep in the glutes that won’t quit

The good news? Movement can actually help.

A chance to reconnect — with nature, with each other, and with gratitude.

Soaking up these adventures as a family of 5, knowing we’ll be a family of 6 before we know it 🥹

Were there still tears and meltdowns? Absolutely 😂
Motherhood still stretches me daily in every way. But weekends like this remind me how thankful I am for this life and these moments together.

And especially this weekend, I’m reminded that the freedom to enjoy simple moments like these came at a great cost. To those who have served, are serving, or supporting loved ones who serve — thank you 🇺🇸 Your sacrifice is not something I ever want to take for granted.
