That sharp, shooting pain down your butt and into your legs?

If you’re pregnant and dealing with this, there’s a good chance it’s sciatica, and it is SO common during pregnancy (but that doesn’t mean you have to just live with it).
Sciatica happens when the sciatic nerve gets compressed or irritated, which is super common as your belly grows and your body shifts. It can feel like:
⚡ Sharp shooting pain down one or both legs
⚡ Tingling or numbness in your lower back, hips, or legs
⚡ Aching deep in the glutes that won’t quit
