Regulation of the nervous system allows creativity to flow through you, while dysregulation closes down the focus and your ability to be a portal of creativity. Notice where you are at in this moment. 💫
There are no bad states, as there is wisdom from every state of our nervous system. The more awareness we have of where we’re at the more we can begin to regulate and move into our window of tolerance. 💫

A dysregulated nervous system needs safety to be able to shift into a more regulated state.
It may shut down if the experience is too intense.
A nervous system requires safety and consistency over intensity to be able to let go of its protective layers and allow you to feel into the sensations of your body once again.
Vagal toning practices are a way into the nervous system to begin to alter the way we carry ourselves day-to-day.

Love is everywhere 💕
The question is: can we receive it?
When our nervous System is dysregulated-fight or flight or a complete shut down- we cannot see the love around us, or we cannot accept it.
The way out is through-our emotions and feel what is happening within our body. We will start to feel more connected to both others and the world around us.
I hope you can join a small intentional group of work who are meeting online for 6 weeks to begin to rewire their nervous systems, one moment at a time.
