Today, I’m remembering two extraordinary souls who I was blessed to call dear friends, Louise Hay and Dr. Wayne W. Dyer.

There are people who come into our lives and leave something behind that time simply cannot diminish. Louise and Wayne were two of those people.

I’m deeply grateful for the years we shared, the conversations, the laughter, the time teaching together, and our mutual passion for helping people recognize the possibilities within themselves.

Each in their own beautiful way, Louise and Wayne reminded millions of people that our thoughts matter, that love has the power to transform, and that we are capable of becoming so much more than we may have been taught to believe.

Their physical presence is deeply missed, yet the wisdom they shared continues to live through the countless lives they touched. I feel very fortunate that mine was one of them.

There is something deeply beautiful in this prayer: the reminder that we are never separate from the rhythms of the natural world.

The warmth of the sun, the quiet of the moon, the cleansing rain, and the strength carried on the wind each invite us to slow down, reconnect, and remember what truly matters.

Perhaps the most beautiful invitation of all is simply this: to walk gently through the world.

Gently with the Earth.
Gently with one another.
And gently with ourselves.
