Stimulating your brain is important for preventing neurodegenerative disease. Expand and exercise your brain by reading, learning something new, doing a puzzle, number games, brainteasers - anything to challenge parts of your brain that you don't use everyday.

Getting outdoors is one of the best ways to improve physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. From enjoying gentle activities to soaking in the sunshine and making memories, walking to a park is the perfect way to spend any day.

Northern Colorado assisted living leaders — this one’s for you!

CALA is bringing Why Assisted Living Works—and How to Do It Well to Timnath on Wednesday, October 7 from 12:00–4:00 p.m.

This workshop is about more than education. It’s a chance to connect with other assisted living professionals, share real-life challenges, talk through scenarios, discuss deficiencies and documentation, strengthen staff buy-in, and learn what’s working in other communities.

Bring the situations you’ve struggled with. Bring your questions. Bring a team member who would benefit from being part of the conversation.

If it’s happened to you, let’s learn from it. If it hasn’t happened yet, come get better prepared.
