The space between eclipses can feel intense, complex, and strangely unfamiliar.
Almost like a void.
A reset.
A step back before the next step forward.
There can be a sense that something is shifting beneath the surface, even when we can’t quite see where it is taking us yet.
Sometimes it feels like a storm passing through, stirring things up, clearing what has become stagnant, and making space for something new.
And sometimes that clearing can be uncomfortable. The unexpected becomes real.
What once felt certain may suddenly feel less certain.
You may notice yourself feeling more tired, emotional, confused, sensitive, or simply wanting to withdraw from the noise around you.
Energetically, eclipse seasons can feel like a lot to process.
Rather than forcing clarity or trying to control what happens next, perhaps this is a time to listen more closely to what your body and inner world are asking for.
Release the need to have all the answers.
🌟Come back to your center.
🌟Ground yourself.
🌟Stay hydrated.
🌟Spend some quiet time alone.
🌟Journal. Meditate. Rest.
🌟Breathe deeply.
🌟Move your body in ways that help release what feels stagnant.
Somatic movement, breathwork, time in nature, and anything that brings you back into your body can be especially supportive.
The invitation is simply to stay present while the old is clearing and the new has not yet fully revealed itself.
What are you being asked to release, and where might life be asking you to surrender a little more control?
Much love,
Zinnia🌸
