THIS SUMMER → we’re heading to the river.

Join us most Sundays starting now through September at Riverside Colorado for wood-fired sauna sessions on the Poudre River. Expect cold plunges, canyon air, hot sauna rounds, and long slow exhale energy all summer long.

Then in October, we’ll return to Horsetooth for the colder months.
