Integrative Sports Medicine & Dr. Abrahamson are one of the only clinics in the Fort Collins area offering on-site diagnostic ultrasound, allowing for quick and affordable diagnosis of musculoskeletal injuries! Ultrasound is able to diagnose many different types of injuries while avoiding the wait and financial burden of an MRI. In addition to diagnostics, ultrasound offers the ability for pinpoint injections, providing relief directly to an injured area.

Integrative Physiotherapy was so proud to sponsor the Texas State PT Olympics this weekend and wow, did it deliver🏆
14 schools. 520+ students. 69 teams. All under one roof, competing hard and lifting each other up.
We got to connect with so many incredible DPT students this weekend, and we honestly can say, the future of PT is in great hands🙌🏼
To every student we talked with - we see your drive, we love your passion, and we hope to see you again (maybe even on our team someday 👀).

Everyone welcome Dr. Nicole to the IP team👋🎉
Nicole has a passion for whole body health and wellness. Originally from Washington State, she went on to earn her Bachelors in Exercise Physiology from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN and then her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She has also trained through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitaion Institute and the APTA for pelvic floor PT.
Nicole believes in a functional approach centered around patient goals, which is what drew her to IP, our pateint-centered business model, as well as our team-based approach to patient care.

From a half side plank, extend your top leg back and your top arm forward. This challenges your core, glutes, and stability all at once!

This simple wall test + stretch is a great way to improve ankle mobility👣✨
Whether you’re recovering from an ankle injury, feeling tight from exercise, or have sore ankles from long days on your feet, this stretch can make a big difference in how you squat, walk, run, jump, and move! You can easily compare sides by measuring the distance from your toes to the wall, showing if one ankle is stiffer than the other.

The open book stretch is one of our go to movements! The more freely your upper back and spine can move, the less stress your shoulders have to take on.
