Starting therapy can feel like a big step. For many people, it brings up questions, expectations, and sometimes a bit of uncertainty.
We wish more people knew that you don’t need the “right words” or a perfectly clear story to start therapy. It’s not about having everything figured out. Therapy gives you a space to slowly make sense of what you’re carrying.
Most importantly, the right therapeutic relationship should feel safe enough for you to be yourself. It shouldn’t feel performative or pressured—just supportive.
