We made the best of a difficult situation and held a Hurricane Party during the storm! It was a great way to keep spirits up and bring some positivity to a challenging situation.

Our Care Team had done a lot of preparation ahead of the storm, including planning for backup communications, generator support, supplies, staffing, and regular check-ins. It was important that we stayed prepared while also finding a way to make the best of the situation for everyone at the facility.

The safety of our residents and Care Team members is always our top priority. Our teams are actively monitoring the incoming weather and have preparedness plans in place to help keep everyone safe.

We encourage families to stay weather aware and know that, should conditions escalate or important safety updates arise, our communities will reach out directly.

After competing at the regional level and earning her spot as a finalist, Kasandra takes the stage tomorrow to showcase her knowledge, skills, and dedication to exceptional resident care. We couldn’t be more proud to have her representing The Reserve at Fort Gaines and we will be cheering her on from here! 💙
