Happy Nurses Week, Quantify team!
Traditionally at Quantify, we’ve never viewed Nurses Week as being only about nurses. We’ve always celebrated this as everyone’s week, because every single person here plays a role in changing lives. Every department. Every position. Every interaction. Whether you’re caring for patients directly, supporting families, solving problems behind the scenes, building systems, coordinating care, handling operations, pharmacy, admissions, technology, behavioral health, nutrition, billing, logistics, or leadership — you matter.
What we are building together only works because of all of you. Throughout my career, I was often viewed as the misfit in healthcare. I believed healthcare could be better than what we inherited. More human. More proactive. More connected. More compassionate. I believed patients deserved more than fragmented care and reactive systems. A lot of people thought those ideas were crazy. But that belief is exactly why Quantify exists today.
