We caught up with Nine Toes at the All American Tattoo Convention and asked what it’s been like using Keep the Fees in his day to day workflow.

Instead of juggling messages across different platforms, he sends one link and keeps everything in one place:

We gave client profiles in Keep The Fees a full refresh, and this is one of the updates we’re really excited about.

Clients can now have a running balance right on their profile, so deposits, credits, and gift cards all live in one place and are easy to keep track of. You can quickly see what someone has available, view the history of how their balance was used, apply gift cards to their account, and make adjustments when needed. Deposits are also tied to the client instead of the appointment, which makes everything feel much cleaner and easier to manage.

We’re getting very close to rolling this out to everyone, and this update is a big step forward for how tattoo studios manage bookings, clients, payments, and day-to-day operations inside Keep The Fees.
