My 9 years old who never ate meat sharing.

Read this up !!!!

I know many people struggle with sticking to high raw, high fruit/ fully raw diet.

For various reasons we want to make a change and eat raw. Here is what helped me to transition and stick to the diet:

ā¤ļø1. Focused on my health rather feeling uncomfortable to be different than other people.

It’s very common that people fail this lifestyle because they miss the feeling of belonging and being a part of a community. So here I believe it is so important to find likeminded people who prioritize their health and needs like you.

Focus on your health above anything else.

ā¤ļø2. I stopped eating food that is not good for me. It’s a long process but so worthy. DON’T PUT FOOD IN YOUR STOMACH THAT ISN’T GOOD FOR YOU.

Imagine your body is like a car, your one and only car for your whole life. Will you take care of your car? Surely yes do the same with your body.

ā¤ļø3. I realized fruit is the most ideal for a human being so I completely changed my habits and beliefs about foods. If we had to survive, without kitchen, tools, fire, we would survive on fruits because it’s food perfect for our abilities and physiognomy.
We have a tree. We pick and eat. SIMPLE.

That is why I know fruit is what we should be consuming. Our healer. Our medicine.

Let’s be realisticā¤µļø

For most people, a fruit-based or raw vegan diet isn’t realistic.

Not everyone works from home.
Not everyone can spend hundreds on fruit every week.
Not everyone wants to eat fruit for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I used to be raw vegan. Now I’m not.

Do I still care about health? Absolutely.
Do I still cook healthy meals at home? Every day.

But I’ve stopped chasing ā€œtitlesā€.

Most people need a way of eating that fits real life:
Kids
Work
Social events
Busy schedules
Limited time

Because the best diet isn’t the ā€œperfectā€ diet.

It’s the one you can actually stick to.

Here is the thing:

Sure, cosmetics, shampoos might mess up your skin/scalp I have experience that too but I am so tired of seeing people online normalizing the issues and focusing on symptoms rather root causes.

Being payed for products and advertising the magic solution…

Your skin is the biggest organ in your body. Needs attention !
