One coin two sides!!

I can see I’m struggling and so can others.
I can see the pattern but I can’t get it right!
No one understands!!
My life is so hard!!
Why don’t they get it?

All of this is because we can’t give ourselves permission to accept what’s there. Resistance.

But why? Why is there resistance?

It’s been conditioned into us, by us, and no one else.

Well that sounds like bu****it!!
I agree but here’s the thing! No one owns your feelings or brain. You do!!

So what am I saying?

Only you have the key to the ease and connection in your life. Once you identify the distractions and triggers that take your ability truly empower yourself then will you be able to start building the level for you really want.
