I attended a sound bath today, and one thing that really stood out to me was what happened when I got quiet.
Instead of trying to clear my mind or “do meditation right,” I just paid attention to my body. I noticed there were places that felt soft and relaxed… and then there were areas that felt like they were holding onto something. Almost like resistance.
I didn’t judge it or try to fix it. I just noticed it.
It reminded me that our bodies are always communicating with us. We just don’t always slow down enough to listen.
Experiences like this continue to shape the way I think about wellness. It’s not always about doing more. Sometimes it’s about becoming more aware.
Grateful for spaces that allow me to pause, reconnect, and simply be. 🤍✨
