Hi everyone!! Important message!!!! Please read all of it!

To all my patients I appreciate your continued support with Blue River Health & Wellness.
I have decided to join Optima!
Rest assured this will be a smooth transition and everyone will just follow me to optima as I am practicing with them. Your records and future appointments will be in the system and no interruption in care.
If you need to make an appt then you would just specify to be with Nicole to ensure you see me as there are other providers in that office.

Some of you in May will be rescheduled due to myself having surgery and recovering and then having to do training.

You all will still be seeing me, as long as you specify to see me, and no one will be given to another provider.

Ashley and Aurora will be in the back office with me as your medical assistants.
A big congrats to Jade for her journey pursuing her nursing career and is no longer with us.

The girls will be at the office in Fort Mohave next week
We all will be at the Optima office May 26th.

This is why you get your medication from a legitimate prescriber and provider. You never know what is in these medications whether it’s weight loss or Botox or filler or pain meds. It doesn’t matter. I see people out here going to random sites and random people just because it’s cheaper and you have no idea where they’re getting it from to make it that cheap. Getting your medication from a provider or pharmacy out here is more expensive but at least you know what you’re getting.
