All ages can benefit from this ancient Chinese martial art form of meditation, movement, and breath Also, Thursdays 1-2 pm on June 2,9,16, 23, and 30.

An introductory special price of $12.00 per class for the month of June will be taught indoors at the clinic. Enjoy the healing atmosphere of this wellness atmosphere and amp up your Qi (life-force energy). A one-hour class will be taught Mondays 6-7 pm on June 13th and the 27th.

Free to the public! No experience needed.

Wear loose clothing, no flip flops or sandals.

Bring water, sunglasses, hat, etc.

BREATHE, MOVE, MEDITATE IN A NATURAL ATMOSPHERE THAT ONLY MOTHER NATURE CAN PROVIDE.

PARK IN LOT 3, AND GO TO SHELTER B3.
AFTER PARKING, WALK AWAY FROM THE ENTRANCE, LOOK LEFT, THERE WILL BE A POND. WALK TOWARDS IT. WE WILL MEET THERE.
