Keep in mind it does take practice: when faced with a situation, take a moment to breathe, slow down, then respond. Repeat the next time a response is needed. Are you looking for a way to navigate the chaos of life in 2026? We invite you to join like-minded people who are looking for an oasis of calm by joining the upcoming Introduction to Mindfulness course in July. The course will be held on Zoom so you can participate from the comfort of your home. There will be four sessions: July 6, 13, 20 & 27 - 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM, and limited to 15 participants.

We are happy to announce that this course will be facilitated by Gini Smith and Christine Bandoni, both trained by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program. They are thrilled to teach together!

No prior experience is necessary. Even if you have taken an intro course before, it is always nice to connect with others and find some calmness in community. You can find registration details under the Events section of our website - link in bio.
