For many people living with chronic illness, the hardest part isn’t just the symptoms—it’s feeling unheard.

Many patients spend years searching for answers, visiting multiple providers, and trying countless treatments before discovering a possible underlying cause for what they’re experiencing. ❤️‍🩹

Complex conditions like Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) can affect the brain, immune system, hormones, digestion, sleep, and energy 🔄 ALL AT THE SAME TIME. Because of this, symptoms are often addressed one at a time instead of looking at the whole picture. 🩹

We believe healthcare should do more than manage symptoms. Healthcare should never lose its humanity!

Patients deserve to be listened to with COMPASSION, evaluated through a root-cause lens, and cared for as WHOLE people 🌱 body, mind, and spirit.

CLINIC UPDATE:
Just five days after completing an extensive Small Particle Cleaning, our clinic experienced an unexpected setback…

A leak from our in-line water heater caused significant water damage, requiring flooring to be removed and RESTORATION to begin immediately.

For a clinic serving patients with Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS), maintaining a clean, SAFE healing environment is essential. ❤️‍🩹

📣 Listen to Dr. Gruning share what happened, where we are in the restoration process, and how you can HELP.

While insurance may cover a portion of the damage, unexpected expenses remain. If you feel led to support our mission, gifts to our Clinic Care Fund will help restore and preserve the environment our patients depend on so we can continue providing care FREE of charge to qualifying patients.

A clean environment matters. 🦠

A heartfelt thank you to Restoration Medics and owner Jianni, who GENEROUSLY donated two full days of their time and expertise to provide a THOROUGH small-particle cleaning of our clinic this weekend. 🫧

This specialized cleaning helps reduce dust and microscopic particles throughout our space. 🧽

Indoor air quality and environmental exposures play an important role in overall wellness but especially necessary for those healing from CIRS. We’re incredibly grateful for community partners like Restoration Medics who help us maintain a healthier environment for the patients we serve. 💚

What an incredible few days our team spent at CIRSx 2026 this past weekend! 🙌🏼

We’re incredibly grateful to CIRSx for generously donating space for Christian Medical Ministries. It was an honor to represent our nonprofit, connect with others from across the country, and share about the free CIRS care we provide to qualifying Florida residents.

This year’s conference highlighted exciting progress in CIRS research, environmental medicine, whole-person healing, and the power of collaboration as clinicians, researchers, environmental professionals, and advocates continue working together to better serve this community.

One of the most meaningful moments for our team was meeting Dr. Ritchie Shoemaker and thanking him for his decades of dedication to advancing the understanding and treatment of CIRS. His work has changed countless lives, and we’re grateful for the foundation he has built. 👏🏼

We also loved spending time with the Christian CIRS Network and reconnecting with so many familiar faces while meeting new friends along the way. The encouragement, conversations, and shared passion for serving others made this conference especially meaningful.

We returned home inspired, encouraged, and even more committed to our mission of bringing hope and healing to those impacted by CIRS.

We are grateful to be part of this amazing community. 🫶🏼

We see this often:

People eating healthy.
Taking supplements.
Trying to exercise.

Yet they still feel exhausted, inflamed, foggy, and stuck.

Sometimes the missing piece isn't effort.

When chronic inflammation goes unrecognized, people can spend years trying harder while still struggling.

For some, conditions like CIRS may be an overlooked factor affecting energy, hormones, the immune system, and overall wellbeing.

For many patients, that can include things like:
• toxic mold exposure
• chronic infections
• nervous system overload
• poor sleep
• ongoing stress
• environmental toxins
