Can you tell my new favorite obsession is brow removal?

Part of why I love laser tattoo removal is because everyone tattoo is different. We go over all of the possibilities in your consultation!

As you can see, she came in with brows that were done years ago but have turned green over time. She really was unhappy with the color and wanted it corrected, but also didn’t want super dark brows. That’s where I came in.

I discussed the very likely possibility of her brows turning yellow with removal as it had the yellow undertone. Why does this matter? Because once a brow turns yellow (and it can sometimes be a highlighter yellow), laser can no longer remove them. Yellow is too close to skin color so the laser cannot “see” it. So, if you like your shape and just want to go lighter, this is no big deal. We can then color correct the yellow much easier than the dark green. If you don’t like your shape or don’t want to put brows back on, you then have to switch to saline removal (which Jessica performs at the spa).

Luckily she liked her shape and one session was perfect for what she wanted/needed. She’ll be back in a few weeks for a color correction session!

One session of laser tattoo removal healed 🙆🏻‍♀️

Removal doesn’t have to be and shouldn’t be aggressive. Preserving the skin is the goal. No blistering, no scar tissue and no hypopigmentation.

Will every brow remove so easily? No. But more aggressive does not equal better removal.

We will do another session in a few more weeks so she can start over with new brows!

Don’t mind me getting my steps in 😅

Here’s the low down on laser tattoo and permanent makeup removal. These are all the things we go through during the consult. And while I LOVE doing tattoo removal, I hate that I can’t always give people the answer they want - how many sessions will I need? There’s so many factors that contribute and there’s no cut and dry answer unfortunately.

Did you know we can partially remove brows?

This lovely lady had brows done but the shape had gone wrong. She didn’t want full removal so we shaped them up. We did a few shaping removals before putting more color in to even out what was left as she was ready to have some normal brows. The removed section will continue to fade and we can do more removal over time.

Come on my lip filler dissolving journey 😂🫦

If you’ve even thought about dissolving and starting over, or just dissolving in general, expect some swelling 😂 I’ve done it before, but I definitely swelled more this time than previously 😂😂 The swelling is temporary (maybe a few hours) and the dissolver eats away at the filler.

Being able to dissolve is why it’s so important to use only fda approved fillers, that way we know exactly what is in them and exactly how to dissolve (whether it’s because you want to, or if there’s some kind of issue). Getting the cheapest thing up front may cost you much more in the end.

Dry, dull ➡️ plump, smooth, and glowing ✨

This transformation is all about deep hydration + gentle resurfacing. We paired a Hydrafacial with dermaplaning to remove dead skin and peach fuzz, allowing those powerhouse Hydrinity serums to pe*****te deeper 💧

Notice the difference in the after—skin looks brighter, smoother, and those forehead lines appear softer 👀 That’s what hydration does. When the skin is replenished, fine lines aren’t as prominent.
