While October brings extra attention to breast cancer awareness, the need for support continues all year long. Our nonprofit works year-round to provide access to FREE mammograms and breast care after a diagnosis, helping make sure no one has to face breast cancer without support.

On World Breast Cancer Research Day, we celebrate every step forward in the fight against breast cancer. Here are some recent positive findings from the National Breast Cancer Foundation:

💗 There are over 4 million breast cancer survivors in the U.S.

💗 There is a 99% five-year survival rate when breast cancer is caught at its earliest, localized stages.

💗 66% of breast cancer cases are diagnosed at the localized stage.

We want to continue to improve these statistics by providing free mammograms and continued services for individuals in who are uninsured and have limited income.

Most breast cancers are first discovered by self-examination, and early detection raises the five-year survival rate to 99%. 🙌
