When 14-year-old Collin collapsed during track practice, his mother didn’t have time to wonder what to do—she knew what to do. She immediately started CPR. That knowledge helped give her son a fighting chance until advanced medical care arrived.

Today, Collin is back doing what he loves. 🙌🏾

This is why I’m so passionate about CPR education. Emergencies don’t make appointments. They can happen at school, at practice, at church, at home, or in our communities—and sometimes YOU are the help until help arrives.

🐾 Pet First Aid Tip of the Day 🐾

Your pet can’t tell you when something is wrong—but their mouth often can.

Taking just a few moments to gently check your pet’s mouth can help you spot broken teeth, bleeding gums, swelling, or objects that may be lodged inside before they become a serious emergency. The more comfortable your pet is with having their mouth examined, the easier it will be if an emergency ever occurs.

A few seconds of prevention today could make all the difference tomorrow. ❤️🐶🐱

A family’s vacation turned into an unimaginable tragedy. A precious 5-year-old child lost their life in a pool drowning.

Drowning is often silent, and it can happen in less than a minute. It doesn’t always look like what we see in the movies.

This is a heartbreaking reminder that water safety requires constant supervision, multiple layers of protection, and CPR training. While we can’t prevent every tragedy, we can be prepared to respond when seconds matter.

Please keep this family in your prayers, and if you have children or grandchildren, let today be the day you review your water safety plan.

Did you know that immediate CPR can significantly increase a child’s chance of survival after cardiac arrest? The most important thing is to recognize the emergency, call 911, and begin CPR until help arrives.
