Through the Health Equity Fund — a collaboration between the American Cancer Society and Lee Health — he received transportation assistance so he could focus on what mattered most: his care. 💙

Life after cancer treatment comes with its own challenges — and you don’t have to navigate them alone. 💜

The Cancer Transitions program at the Lee Health Cancer Institute is designed to help survivors adjust to life after treatment. Through this free, multi-week series, participants learn about exercise, nutrition, emotional wellness, follow-up care, and practical strategies for moving forward with confidence.

The program also connects survivors with personalized survivorship care plans, rehabilitation services, counseling, and ongoing support from our Cancer Support Community.

Survivorship is more than the end of treatment — it’s the beginning of a new chapter. 🎗️
