Thrive Outdoor, Inc.

Thrive Outdoor, Inc. We are a "people company" that happens to do landscaping… We are not in the landscape business
se At Thrive Outdoor, our culture defines us and sets us apart.

Our vision is to become the most desirable workplace in the landscape industry throughout the southeast region. This vision requires us to cultivate people, therefore we operate as a people company first and provide exceptional outdoor services second. Our mission is to develop thriving people through nurturing relationships and a culture of intentionality. While on our team, you are sure to be en

couraged and guided, but also challenged towards thriving in all aspects of your life. We value relationships with people over completing tasks but keep a healthy balance between both. Grit is required to win, and we must win to create opportunities for those that we value in relationships. As we nurture our relationships, we empower through leading with an ownership mentality. Our organization is not stagnant therefore we cannot be static. The “bookends” of our core values are intentionally chosen, we start with grit and end with nurture, seemingly two ends of the spectrum. One is not effective without the other, nor is it sustainable. Through diligence, drive, and discipline we accomplish many difficult projects and tasks, this is grit. Through guidance, growth, and generosity we build mutually beneficial relationships with our colleagues, clients, and the communities we serve, this is to nurture.
