As National Black Business Month comes to a close, I want to give a special shout out to MYSELF, all the members of Black Entrepreneurs of the Flint Hills, and co-founder Sheila Ellis-Glasper!

Those of you who KNOW ME, know for years I’ve ran from a calling on my life to be a therapist. After recently taking that leap and surrendering fully to God I’ve been in warfare; just as I knew it would be.

Without the support and knowledge gained from BEFH, IGYT would not have the foundation it stands on today. Not only do we have more work to do, but GREAT work!

I’m beyond thankful for the challenge and opportunity to have been a part of the recent cohort. We’re nearing the finish line and my vision is crystal clear.

THANK YOU from the depths of my heart BEFH 🫶🏾

The week I was acknowledged as an MVP was much needed… it reminded me to stay focused and keep pushing. 💪🏾
