I’m getting back to posting recipes consistently and this Black Pepper Beef recipe is a great one to kick off with!!

This truly is a quick and easy dinner and you can mix and match the vegetables easily. I prefer to buy the beef pre-sliced (my Wal-Mart sells ~ 1 lb. packages of sliced beef stir fry strips by all of the other raw beef) or you can slice steak thinly on your own.

These Chocolate Chip Cookies are the perfect combination of crispy edges with a soft and gooey center. While I always go back to this classic recipe, you can also switch up the mix-ins for different flavored chocolate chips or holiday colored M&M's.
