Our personal journey started over 11 years ago as pregnancy weight, depression, high cholesterol, and hormone issues caused havoc on our weight and overall health. Struggling to lose weight or inches can be exhausting and daunting when you are not getting the proper guidance and nutrition. It was only when we decided “Why not us and why not now?” did the tide turn. We doubled down and bet on us. We invested in the right tools and products, educated ourselves and, switched to a “Will Do” attitude versus a “that’s good enough”. You see if you don’t invest in YOU then who will? Our team spans the US & Canada and includes wide variety of professional experiences such as attorneys, teachers, medical caregivers, business /IT professionals, and much more. Each one of us has experiences to share and a story to tell that probably is not much different than yours. Reach out to one of us...you will be glad you did.

Still pushing? Yep, us too! We did a thing and finally got a new pair of workout shoes. We did the Nike Metcons By You (again). Love them! The last pair lasted 4.5 years - granted we almost never wear them outside.

The first program we ever did together was P90X the original. We were dating then. Kinda crazy. Now here we are giving P90X Generation Next a go! A few days in and we are already sore AF ❤️

Last day of our Belle Vitale/Dig In hybrid! We definitely dropped inches and pounds too! It took a bit longer to get the weight loss engine going! But hey - better late than never - as always - never give up! BODi
