🥎 TOURNAMENT UPDATE 🥎

The Co-Ed Division is officially FULL!

Unfortunately, the Women’s Division has been canceled due to an insufficient number of teams.

We still invite everyone to come out June 19–21 at Fort Washakie Hot Springs Fields to support the teams, enjoy some great softball, and celebrate our community. See you at the ballpark!

Good morning ☀️

Our cancer and to***co program will be hosting a special during Eastern Shoshone Indian Days,
We invite community members who have personal experience with cancer either as a cancer survivor themselves or as a family member of a cancer survivor to share their stories. Your experiences, challenges, insights, and moments of hope can help raise awareness, provide support, and strengthen our community. Participation is entirely voluntary, and you are welcome to share only what you feel comfortable discussing.

🚨 LAST CALL FOR TEAMS! 🚨

We currently have ONLY 1 Women’s Team registered for the All Indian Softball Tournament. We need at least 4 women’s teams to hold the women’s division. If we do not reach the minimum number of teams, the women’s tournament will unfortunately be canceled.

🥎 Women’s Division
• Need at least 3 more teams
• $250 per team

🥎 Co-Ed Division
• ONLY 2 spots remaining!
• $250 per team
• Registration will close once those spots are filled.

This is an ALL INDIAN TOURNAMENT. Players must provide proof of tribal enrollment (CIB) or tribal descendancy (CDIB) to participate.

Please help us spread the word by sharing this post and tagging teams that may be interested. Let’s make sure our women athletes have the opportunity to compete this year!

💪 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT 💪

This is why we do what we do.

Since April, this amazing client has gone from 197 lbs to 190 lbs, even reaching 189 lbs, but the scale only tells part of the story. The biggest victory has been the positive impact on her mental health, her confidence, and her commitment to showing up for herself and her family.

She shared that exercise has helped her through a difficult season of postpartum depression and that having support throughout her journey has kept her moving forward. Her goal is simple but powerful: to be healthy, active, and present as she watches her children grow up.

I couldn't be more proud of her consistency, resilience, and hard work. Results don't come from perfection—they come from continuing to show up, one workout at a time. 👏

If you've been thinking about starting your own fitness journey, let this be your sign. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength, better health, more energy, or simply feeling better in your own skin, we're here to help.

Let’s break the stigma. It’s ok to ask for help. There are plenty of resources to choose from that are ready to listen and support you.

On this day in 1924, the Indian Citizenship Act, also known as the Snyder Act, was signed into law, granting citizenship to American Indians and Alaska Natives born within the United States.

The act marked a significant milestone in Native American history while preserving tribal citizenship and the unique government-to-government relationship between tribal nations and the federal government.

Today, tribal nations continue to govern their communities, uphold their sovereignty, and make decisions that reflect the needs, values, and priorities of their citizens. 🪶
