She has been a fitness Rockstar 🤘 since I met her back home in California! Her determination and dedication to her physical health is inspirational. She approached me with very specific goals of which she would like to improve upon and the work began yesterday! I'm excited to still be working with a client and friend from back home.

This is an introductory offer for ➡️semi-private⬅️ training with a maximum of 4 people within a group. If you are not opposed to working out within a small group, this is a perfect way to achieve your goals!

Small group training takes the camaraderie of classes, and shrinks down the number of people, allowing myself to give ample attention to each individual while bringing the impact of working within a group of like minded individuals.
