At 59, I’ve spent more than half my life trying to understand the connection between health, skin, and aging.

I spent 21 years in dermatology.
Then I left to study integrative medicine because I couldn’t shake the feeling that there was more to the story than skin care alone.

Over the years I’ve lived through reactive hypoglycemia, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, IBS, GERD, anxiety, chronic stress, and menopause.

And through all of it, I’ve watched something fascinating happen:
The way we live eventually shows up on our skin.

Not overnight.

But over time.

The conversations around aging often focus on products, treatments, and procedures.

Those things matter.

But I’ve come to believe that healthy aging is influenced by much more than what we apply to our skin.

Sleep.

Stress.

Nutrition.

Hormones.

Blood sugar.

The nervous system.

Movement.

Connection.

The way we care for ourselves.

My work explores those connections through the lens of an Integrative Esthetician.

Not because I have all the answers.

But because I’ve spent a lifetime asking the questions.

I have never been someone who talks a lot about myself. I believe that the people around me and the quality of my work tell my story better than I ever could.

For more than 20 years in the beauty industry, I have learned that this profession is not just about treatments or making people look beautiful. It is about education, trust, compassion, and making every person who walks through the door feel welcomed and valued.

Over the years, I have met many wonderful people who entered my life as clients and became like family. Those relationships are one of the greatest gifts this career has given me.

I truly love what I do. There is nothing more rewarding than helping someone feel confident, beautiful, and happy. Seeing my clients walk out of my spa with a smile, carrying a renewed sense of self-confidence, reminds me every day why I chose this profession.

Why does my facial massage look different?

Because I’m not just working on the surface of the skin.
