We become accustomed to living in the grind & to-do list state that our gifts get buried. It’s a time to remember how powerful we are when we lead life by heart & passion.

Each session includes music, movement (guided & intuitive), vocal release, Reiki & tuning forks. Sound bath optional.

Private sessions available Monday afternoons & Friday mornings at the Eagle Mtn. Lake location. More availability to come.

Pelvic Curl is more than an exercise - it’s an assessment tool to see what’s going on in your spine and back that day. Highly recommend to do these daily! i’ll also post different variations of the Pelvic Curl, but we start with the Pilates basics and build from there.
