Most smoothies are basically dessert in disguise loaded with fruit, no protein, no fat, and a blood sugar spike waiting to happen. This formula changes that.
base — what you blend everything into. I love Malk, raw milk, or kefir for an extra gut health boost.
protein — non negotiable. This is what keeps you full and stable. Our bone broth protein is my go-to every single morning.
healthy fat — slows digestion, keeps blood sugar steady, and helps you absorb fat soluble nutrients. Avocado or nut butter are my favorites.
fiber + greens — frozen zucchini is my secret weapon. I promise you cannot taste it. 😄
fruit — keep it low sugar. half a cup of berries is the sweet spot.
functional add-ins — this is where you personalize it. I rotate between ingredients like colostrum, maca, cinnamon, and spirulina depending on what my body needs that week.
