y’all have been asking me to share my personal supplement stack for a while now — so here it is. 🤍

I want to preface this with something important: this is MY protocol. built specifically around my labs, my history with Lyme, co-infections, and my cancer journey. It is not a one size fits all list and I would never want you to just copy it without working with a provider who knows your full picture.

☀️ morning: Pure Encapsulations Nattokinase — cardiovascular and blood flow support Quinton Isotonic — mineral replenishment at a cellular level TDW The One — my foundational multivitamin TDW B Complex — energy and nervous system support TDW Omega — inflammation and brain health TDW Inflammation Support — daily anti-inflammatory support TDW Histamine Support — managing my histamine response BodyBio PC — phospholipid therapy for cell membrane support

🌙 evening: Low Dose Naltrexone — immune modulation, a game changer for my protocol TDW Magnesium — nervous system, sleep, and recovery BodyBio PC — second dose for cellular support Research Nutritionals Transfer Factor Immune — deep immune support Peptides (KPV + Thymosin Alpha-1) — targeted immune modulation for Lyme and inflammation Targeted supplements based on current labs — Apigenin, Genistein, Hypericin, and DCA TDW Histamine Support — as needed

This stack is the result of years of testing, learning, and listening to my body. It has taken time to get here and it continues to evolve as my labs change. 🤍

If you want to build a protocol that is personalized to YOU — start with testing. always. Your labs tell the story that guessing never can.

Fertility isn’t something you “hack” in a weekend.

It’s the result of creating an environment where your body feels safe, nourished, and supported enough to thrive. 🤍

While everyone’s fertility journey is different, these are some of the things I focus on when supporting overall hormone health and fertility:

✨ prioritizing nutrient-dense foods
✨ supporting blood sugar balance
✨ getting plenty of sunshine and fresh air
✨ reducing exposure to endocrine disruptors
✨ regulating the nervous system
✨ addressing deficiencies through testing
✨ supporting the body with targeted supplements
✨ making time for connection, rest, and joy

and most importantly, remembering that our health is ultimately a gift from God and trusting Him with every step of the journey.

The way we were raised vs the way we are raising our kids is something I think about a lot. 🤍

I grew up in the 90s. we drank Sunny D, ate lunchables, cooked with seed oil, and thought fat free meant healthy. Our moms were told formula was just as good, margarine was heart healthy, and a pill for every symptom was just how it worked.

and nobody questioned it. because nobody knew to.

But here we are in 2026 — reading every label, filtering our water, asking our doctors for actual answers, and realizing that so much of what we were told was just wrong.

I don’t say that to shame anyone. my mom did the absolute best she could with what she knew. we all did. and that’s exactly the point.

We know more now. and knowing more means we get to do better for ourselves and our kids. I truly believe our kids are going to be healthier because of the conversations we are willing to have today. 🤍

💬 what’s the biggest thing you do differently than how you were raised?

if this sounds like you, welcome. 🤍

this little corner of the internet has never been about perfection, chasing trends, or doing wellness for wellness’s sake.

it’s about stewarding the bodies God gave us, showing up well for the people we love, and creating a life that feels aligned with what actually matters.

a life with more family dinners, more sunshine, more time outside, more nourishing food, more meaningful conversations, and more margin for the things that last.
if you’ve found your way here, I’m so glad you’re here.

Whether you’ve had a recent scan (Xray, CT or PET), live near power lines, travel frequently, or just want to be proactive this one is for you. 🤍

We are exposed to more radiation than any generation before us. medical imaging, flights, EMFs, even our phones. and while I don’t want this to be a fear post — I do think being informed and intentional about supporting your body afterward is just really good practice. We have to be mindful of detox now more than ever before.

As an NP this is something I take seriously especially given my own health history. here’s what I personally reach for 👇

food first 🌿 cruciferous veggies, blueberries, green tea, miso, seaweed, garlic, and beets are some of the most studied foods for supporting the body after radiation exposure. load your plate with color and don’t underestimate what real food can do.

supplements that matter 💊 glutathione is my number one — it’s your body’s master antioxidant and works directly to combat oxidative damage. pair it with high dose vitamin C, omega-3s, vitamin D, and magnesium for comprehensive cellular support. NAC and selenium are also worth looking into.

protocols I love 🛁 sauna. detox baths (actually studied specifically for radiation detox). dry brushing to move the lymphatic system. castor oil packs over the liver. and a good binder to help capture what your body is trying to eliminate.

save this and share it with someone who has had recent imaging or travels frequently. 🌿

this is your reminder that wellness is not all or nothing. 🤍

I say this as a functional medicine NP who is also a real person living a real life — you do not have to be perfect to be healthy. you do not have to choose between caring about your health and actually enjoying your life.

you can eat clean most of the time and also have the meal out and enjoy it. you can be passionate about non-toxic living and also not stress when you aren’t perfect at it. you can love natural medicine and also use antibiotics when you need them. you can care about what goes in and on your body and also live freely without fear.

health is a lifestyle not a standard you either meet or fail every single day.
