🌟 A Chapter Closes. A Legacy Continues.

After more than two years of visionary leadership, Dr. Cole Edmonson’s time as our Community Advisory Board Chair has come to an end.

Since February 2024, Dr. Edmonson has helped guide the College through its launch, accreditation, and formative years, helping build a strong foundation for the future. 🧭

💚 We’re incredibly grateful for his leadership and service, and grateful that he’ll continue as immediate past chair.

🏆 A historic honor for an exceptional nurse educator!

Congratulations to our Founding Senior Associate Dean & Professor, Elizabeth Wells-Beede, PhD, RN, C-EFM, CHSE-A, CNE, ACUE, FSSH, FAAN, named a 2026 Fellow of the National League for Nursing Academy of Nursing Education.

She joins 43 other distinguished nurse educators in the Academy’s 20th class, the largest class in its 20-year history.

NLN Fellowship recognizes leaders advancing nursing education through innovative teaching, research, faculty development, academic leadership, policy and collaborative partnerships.
