✨ Employee Spotlight: Pam Brown
Chaplain | Psychosocial Director ✨

Today we are honored to spotlight Pam Brown, our Chaplain and Psychosocial Director at Valor Hospice.

Pam has spent 12 years in healthcare, with 11 of those years dedicated to hospice care. Her heart for serving others shines through in everything she does. Pam’s favorite part of her role is helping her team be successful and getting to work alongside amazing people every day.

Outside of work, Pam enjoys reading, spending time with her dog, baking and cooking, and caring for her plants.

Pam shares, “I am who I am because the Lord brought me here.” Her compassion, leadership, and faith are such a blessing to our team and the families we serve.

Fun fact: Pam’s first chaplain experience was at just 19 years old at the South Carolina Department for Juvenile Justice.

Thank you, Pam, for the heart, encouragement, and dedication you bring to Valor Hospice every day!

📸 The past couple of weeks have been filled with meaningful connections, community involvement, and opportunities to give back across all three of our Valor Hospice locations.

From sponsoring resident events, networking with healthcare partners, and celebrating CNA Week, to a car wash benefiting the Alzheimer's Association and delivering a beautiful fruit baskets to our memory care communities, our teams have been honored to spend time with the incredible people and organizations that make our communities so special.
