What a week at the Charles Schwab Challenge! ⛳️
The Valor Hospice team was honored to volunteer with Fort Worth Colonial Charities, helping run the Gimme Half Raffle throughout tournament week. Thanks to the incredible support of attendees, our team helped raise approximately $30,000, with the raffle jackpot growing to over $76,000!
Half of the jackpot went to one lucky winner, while the other half will benefit local nonprofits making a difference across our community.
A huge THANK YOU to our amazing Valor volunteers for their hard work, enthusiasm, and commitment to giving back. We loved being part of such a meaningful event!

⭐️ Employee Spotlight: Aaron Lee, RN
Patient Care Manager | Fort Worth Office ⭐️

This week, we’re excited to spotlight Aaron Lee, RN, from our Fort Worth office!

Aaron has been a nurse for just over 10 years, with more than 3 of those years dedicated to hospice care. He joined Valor Hospice in December 2024 as a Case Manager and has continued to grow in his leadership role since August 2025.

As a Case Manager, Aaron found purpose in ensuring his patients were comfortable in every way, especially by promoting dignity at the end of life and helping educate families through the dying process. In his current role, he loves making sure staff have the tools they need to be successful, and one of his greatest passions is educating new team members.

Outside of work, Aaron is pursuing his Master’s in Nursing Administration and recently moved to downtown Fort Worth. He enjoys exploring the city with his partner and spending time at the park with their new 4-month-old long-haired we**ie dog. He also admits they have a bad habit of watching lots of reality TV!

A fun fact about Aaron: he secretly loves being a workaholic. He says being needed gives his life meaning, and even though working around the clock can be exhausting, it’s something he truly enjoys.

Thank you, Aaron, for your dedication, leadership, and heart for hospice. We’re so grateful to have you as part of the Valor family!

We were honored to be included in this meaningful Memorial Day gathering with 4 Connection Home Care at Legacy Oaks of Azle. ❤️🤍💙

Yesterday, we paused to remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice, honor those who have served, and keep those currently serving in our prayers.

✨ Employee Spotlight: Alyce Ross, RN Case Manager-Dallas Branch ✨

Please help us recognize Alyce Ross, one of our amazing RN Case Managers serving our Dallas Branch!

Alyce has been a nurse for over 18 years, with 11 years dedicated to hospice care. Throughout her career, she has worked in many areas of nursing, including management, hospitals, long-term care, travel nursing, and even serving during the COVID pandemic. But through it all, hospice has always been her first love.

Alyce has been part of the Valor Hospice team for 2 years and 3 months, and we are so thankful for the compassion, experience, and heart she brings to our patients and families. At the end of each day, Alyce finds comfort in knowing she has done everything possible to ensure her patients receive the care, dignity, and compassion they deserve.

Outside of work, Alyce loves traveling to exotic places, spending time with her family, especially her grandkids, and giving thanks to God for all His blessings.

Thank you, Alyce, for the love and dedication you pour into hospice care every day. We are blessed to have you on Team Valor! 🖤💛
