I haven’t talked about this much but in December of 2025 I completed my Dynamic Body Balancing a program! This is 100 hours of education rooted in craniosacral therapy, my facial release, and movement integration.

This has changed the way I’m able to assess a baby and the way they feed. So many feeding issues are related to tension or restriction in the body! I work with an incredible team of providers to help relieve said tension/restriction in the body so we can improve the feeding experience for mom and baby!

This is one of the biggest reasons why Bonding Lactation is different! We focus on baby’s whole body not just the mouth or the mom! This is also why our visits take a little more time, we have to do an in depth assessment to understand the feeding issues!

🌸 We are now working with most commercial insurance plan! you can verify your coverage by going into our website, or DM us for more information! Do you have a plan that is not listed? Let me know!

🌸 The Bridge is growing, but we still need you! Since launching the Bridge program, we have already helped so many mamas and babies in need of care, but we know there are many more who need a hand that feels out of reach. Keyana Harris is a Certified Lactation Counselor and Licensed Midwife with over ten years of birth work experience serving families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum season.

As a mother of three, her work in lactation is rooted in both clinical expertise and personal experience. She doesn’t just provide lactation support, she understands it in a deeply personal way.

She thought struggling was just part of it.

The pain. The doubt. The hours spent wondering if she was doing something wrong. She didn’t know that what she was experiencing had a name. She didn’t know there were people trained specifically to help her. She didn’t know she could ask.

When she finally found us — at six weeks postpartum — she sat down and said, ‘I wish I had known about you sooner.’

We hear that all the time. And it breaks our hearts every single time.

The Bridge Program is how we change that story. It’s how we reach the moms who don’t know help exists. The moms who think they can’t afford it. The moms who are suffering in silence right now.

Meet the owners of Bonding Lactation. 👋

Bethany started this practice in 2021 in Austin because she believed that every mama deserves someone in her corner. In 2023 Mary Melissa brought it to Tarrant and Parker Counties and that belief has only grown.

This August, we’re opening The Bridge Program Clinic in Willow Park! It’s more than a healthcare practice, it’s a ministry. We want to create a place where families receive expert lactation care AND the message of Jesus, freely offered to anyone who wants it.

We can’t build this alone.
