At Canyon Ranch Fort Worth, members can experience both a traditional sauna and an infrared sauna pod.

While a traditional sauna heats the air around you, the infrared sauna pod uses radiant heat to gently warm the body from within, raising your core temperature while keeping your head outside the capsule for a more comfortable experience. The pod also features adjustable heat settings and integrated red light therapy, making it an approachable option for those who don’t tolerate high heat as well.
