You don't have to be a cross-fitter, boot camper, or yogi to extend your life and reduce your risk of disease. How about walking 2 hours a week? (and it doesn't have to be all at one time!) Lets keep it simple folks and start with the basics. We have tendency to over think this exercise thing. Lets get moving today!
