Flannery manufactures trims for exterior panel systems, including Fiber Cement Panels and Composite Siding Materials. These trim products fit a variety of panel thicknesses, including 5/16” thick cement panels and 1-1/4” thick composite siding products. Trim options vary from horizontal and vertical reveals to corner trims and aluminum furring (or batten) strips. Many of these products are stocked in a factory-primed finish.

Flannery’s Drip Screeds create a drip edge for moisture to “drip” off stucco fascia edges, thus preventing it from running back across a soffit. Drip Screeds are typically set at the corner joint where fascias meet a soffit. They come with a fascia leg that acts as a stucco stop and a reveal that acts as a drip edge.
