We have drawn the first winner for our Spring 2025 referral contest! They will be contacted to schedule their complimentary 1-hour massage.

Meet the DBC equipment, the namesake for our clinic, and what separates us from all others.

The DBC equipment ISOLATES the musculature of the spine in ways that cannot be achieved through traditional therapeutic exercises. Each of the machines is designed to put your body in a position that makes it almost impossible to 'cheat' and use other stronger muscles to make up for a weak spine.

We utilize these machines with low intensity and high repetitions (1 set of 40 reps is our goal) to build up the muscular endurance needed to support your spine throughout the day, essentially building a girdle to support your spine with your own muscles.

EVERYONE from high level athlete, to chronic pain patients, to elderly patients to stay as active as they can will benefit from using this equipment and protocols to increase their spinal stability AND mobility.

Even if you have tried therapy before, you have not experienced what these machines have to offer.

Hey folks, Dr. Grothe here!
