Project Access is always looking for ways to collaborate! Last month, we had the opportunity to partner with Pathfinders to add financial literacy element to our Salud en Tus Manos series. This 4-week series covered a variety of money topics, and patients have the opportunity to continue with Pathfinders on their journey!
