Probiotics can be a valuable tool for supporting gut health, but not every probiotic is the same, and simply taking one doesn’t necessarily address what’s happening in your gut.
A healthy gut microbiome plays an important role in digestion, beneficial bacteria, immune function, nutrient absorption, and overall health. When I work with clients dealing with digestive issues, bloating, changes in bowel habits, or other gut-related symptoms, the goal is to understand what’s actually going on rather than just guessing.
Gut health is rarely about one supplement. It’s about looking at the bigger picture and giving your body the support it actually needs.
