to receive a tattoo. NO EXCEPTIONS. You must be at least 13 years of age to receive a piercing. HOWEVER, you must have a parent or legal guardian. A legal Guardian is someone who has custody of a minor by a court ordering and has papers signed by a judge). Your parent or guardian needs to have an ID. You must also bring in your Birth Certificate and a school or other form of photo ID. ALL SERVICES (Excluding quotes on tattoo's) Require an ID.
