Greetings! Thank you for choosing Kayla's Blessed Hands and keeping me busy. If I haven't told you I love and appreciate each one of you. Beginning August 1, 2022 there will be a few changes and reminders. First change when booking your appointment please make sure you book the exact style you are requesting. Example if you need your hair taken down and braids those are two different services and must be marked as such. If you would like to make any changes please do so two days prior to your appointment I can no longer change styles the day of. What you book is what you get. Next ALL appointments will require a $15 non-refundable deposit. This deposit goes toward your service and the remainder portion will be due after service is rendered. No appointments will be accepted without this deposit. Any open days you are welcome to book. If there is a day you have in mind that is not open and I am free (text first don't assume) you can book but there is a $25 non open day booking fee required along with the deposit. Also when making your appointment you will need to leave a credit or debit card on file. Any cancelations or no call/no shows will result in a $25 payment. This payment will be drafted from the card on file. No exceptions. Payments must be made before you can rebook. Please note if you make an appointment on behalf of someone else you are responsible for the deposit and the no call /no show payment. There is a 15 minute grace period. If you are going to be late, need to cancel or reschedule please communicate with me. If you are more than 15 minutes late with no communication your appointment will be canceled no exceptions and you will still be responsible for the $25 cancelation payment. Any appointments that have already been accepted are exempt from the new changes but any future appointments made will require deposits. Please remember while I may do business in my home it is just that a business my business that I take pride in. I unfortunately am not taking any new clients the remainder of this year.
