Been sitting all day? 💻🚗 Your hips may appreciate a little movement!
Try this simple hip-flexor stretch to help loosen up after a long day of sitting.
✔️ Keep your chest upright
✔️ Gently tuck your pelvis
✔️ Move slowly
✔️ Hold 20–30 seconds
✔️ Never force a stretch or push through pain
⚠️ This exercise should feel comfortable. If you experience pain, stop and consult a healthcare professional.
