This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, LMT Cristal and BSN, RN Haley are tag teaming to support hair regrowth and recovery for those who have experienced hair thinning or hair loss after breast cancer treatment, remission, or other health-related circumstances. 🩷
✨ Here’s how it works:
💆♀️ Cristal, LMT will begin with a relaxing, scalp-stimulating massage designed to help promote circulation and create a calming moment of self-care.
🩸 Nurse Haley, BSN, RN will then perform PRF microneedling to the scalp using platelet-rich fibrin as part of a personalized hair-restoration approach.
Your safety always comes first. Medical clearance is required before your PRF microneedling appointment.
During your medical clearance, Nurse Haley will review:
• Medical history
• Current medications
• Previous surgeries
• Allergies
• Recent antibiotic use and how long ago
• Immunosuppressive medications that may affect your immune system
• Neurological conditions
• Cardiac conditions
• Other factors that could impact your safety or healing
If anything is identified during your assessment that requires additional consideration, Nurse Haley may require clearance from your P*P or treating healthcare provider before treatment can be performed.
