“Cappy, words cannot describe the emotions I went through. It wasn’t until I came to you that I realized I had not accepted what my body looked like. I ignored myself in the mirror. When you placed the images on me to look at size and color, that was the first time I really looked in the mirror.
Your gift to women goes so deep. We stand there hollow and leave feeling whole again. When I got home and saw myself, really saw myself, I cried so hard. I hadn’t realized that I had not grieved for what I lost.
