Reset Your Posture; Reset Your Breathing.
Most posture problems aren’t permanent.
They’re just repeated positions.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸, 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝗶𝘁:

Do a 30-second posture check-in three times a day.

Set three daily alarms on your phone right now so you don’t forget. ⏰

Stand with your back against a wall:
Heels touching;
Shoulders touching;
Back of your head touching.

Then do one round of box breathing
(4 seconds inhale — 4 hold — 4 exhale — 4 hold).

Thirty seconds. Three times a day.

Small resets prevent bigger problems.

Most people think:
👉 Tight muscles = use heat

But when it comes to neck pain, low back pain, sciatica, or pain radiating into the arms or legs… that may actually make the problem worse.

A lot of spinal pain is not just “tight muscles.”
Many times the muscles are tightening up because irritated nerves exiting the spine are telling the body to guard and protect the area.

That’s why heat often feels good while it’s on… but ice frequently feels better AFTER it comes off.

Be Present at One Meal!
Most meals are rushed. Or, distracted...Or, both!
