Sylvia Rivera was an activist and advocate who dedicated her life to fighting for LGBTQ+ rights, particularly for those experiencing homelessness.

A key figure in the early LGBTQ+ rights movement, she worked tirelessly to ensure that those most often overlooked had a voice.

This Pride Month, we honor Sylvia Rivera and the bravery she showed in standing up for others, challenging injustice, and creating space for everyone to be seen and valued.
