Adding another blessing to the fam! Baby #2 coming very soon.

I’ll be taking a few months off work to enjoy the new norm.

I will attempt some social media posts (taken a break the last few years) from my archives of clinic findings during my down time!

If you are looking for a PRI provider in the DFW area please look up the find a provider list on www.posturalrestoration.com. My fellow PRCs in the area are amazing!

What a whirlwind of a fun summer! I had the privilege to teach myokinematic restoration for on the east and west coast as well as a private course in Kentucky.
New faculty members Craig and Jason were part of the fun.

Then Ron came down to TX with our integration team of dentists and ODs. Always invaluable time and grateful I get to call this “work”. Finishing this year up teaching in Lincoln, NE in a few weeks.

We headed to Dallas this past Saturday to talk about the asymmetrical thorax and pelvis as well as internal pressure management to a group of awesome powerlifters. I have been seeing a rotation of them in the clinic so it was fun to be in their space for a change watching them doing what they love!

discussed accessories for their programming and recovery tips ranging from brief discussions about hormones, nervous system regulation, and sleep cycles!

We took them through a few of our favorite techniques with a focus on grounding and then by using the ground correctly to produce force for the superhuman weight they lift.

Thanks again for hosting us!

Repost from

After a year of waiting, we were able to finally offer a Live Myokinematic Restoration course to 9 attendees in person and over 50 who attended online!

Kasey and the rest of our faculty have eagerly waited for the opportunity to reconnect with and we can’t wait for the rest of them to be able to over the next several months!

The same but not the same....

This is a technique by . It was not designed for a MLB pitcher specifically, however, being able to master late left stance as a right handed pitcher is crucial. The body has to be able to achieve and master left pelvis orientation with concomitant left femoral internal rotation as seen in the above video.
Right intercostal wall (ribs too) have to have flexibility as well.

and I have been working together for a few years and fine tuning performance enhancement. Future post on his Cincinnati Reds themed appliance soon.

I’m not a dentist clearly. So, why look at teeth if I work with the body?

In laymen terms, our brain interprets what it senses from our eyes, teeth, and feet.

We as humans use this interpretation to get from A to Z everyday. If we begin to sense imbalances, our bodies may create unwanted tension and not always at the location where the imbalance appears to be. As always, I strive to treat the cause not just the symptoms.

The has created courses to learn more about the relationship between the teeth and cervical (neck) position.

I was asked to write an article for a local magazine here in town on a health topic. I am thankful for the amazing editing they did. I write like I talk and English comp was never my jam.....

The article was for general population so it’s a semi easy read. The basic gist of the cliff notes in my opinion is be a good listener in life. Whether you need to listen to your own body, a friend/family member vent about their problem, or you’re a healthcare provider that treats patients. Listening always wins. More times than not, I can identify within a history of a client where things started to shift and end up scheduled to see me.

Also, remember the body keeps the score. Those 3 nights of poor sleep may show up at the end of the week physically; the tooth you had pulled which changed your bite may also show up in the next few weeks; and remember those new cute shoes that were uncomfortable? You get the idea.......

We are excited to announce a Free “PRI Breathing Mechanics in COVID Times” Webinar Series beginning next week. We have been receiving phone calls and emails with questions on how the science and techniques of PRI can be applied to COVID-19 patients. What do we recommend, and why? Well, if you ha...

Due to the number of COVID-19 cases beginning to rise in DFW, I am moving appointments to Skype and/or FaceTime to do my part. Please reach out for a discounted rate if you are in need of help! I have been doing these type of appointments with out of state patients for months now and it can work well!
Personal opinion warning 📢: My mom used to take me around kids with chicken pox in hopes I would catch it and never did. I am not a paranoid person when it comes to illnesses at all (never get the flu shot) but this decision isn’t about me. As a non emergency healthcare provider, I am following the given recommendations. I think the 2 weeks could be crucial for our virus forecast if we all can follow social distancing.

Cheers and happy hand washing!
