Group Workouts with Chris Fazzi are every Tuesday at 2:15 PM. Classes will be all levels and will be circuit style or group instructed. This is a good place to transition from one-on-one training to a group class. There is also an ongoing class on Wednesdays from 5:00 PM - 5:45 PM for those interested in an evening class. Saturday Sound Bath is at 10 AM every Saturday! All sound baths will include gentle breathwork techniques and a guided meditation.
