Nowadays, eating healthy is treated like it’s a diet.
I’d bet most people already know what they should be eating, they’re just not doing it.
You don’t need another calorie counter, tracker, app, or device. Chances are, you’ve already tried all of that.
So stop overcomplicating it. The answer isn’t another diet. It’s simplicity and consistency.
1. Eat REAL food. You already know what that looks like.
2. CONTROL your portions. Whatever you’re eating, eat the right amount. If you’re unsure, check the label or look it up.
3. Be a LITTLE hungry before your next l meal. Not starving, just not constantly full. If you’re always bloated, you’re probably eating more than your body needs.
4. STOP snacking between meals. A handful here, a bite there, it all adds up. Give your meals structure instead of grazing all day.
5. Be CONSISTENT. Don’t let stress, boredom, or emotions dictate your eating habits.
Healthy eating isn’t complicated.
Eat real food.
Control your portions.
Structure your meals.
Stay consistent.
The basics still work.
They’ve just become boring. The people who get results are the ones who keep doing them anyway.
